Haseeb – 1
The Haseeb gas field was discovered in the year 2005 through a joint venture between Hycarbex American Energy Inc., Government Holdings Private Limited (GHPL) and Techno Petroleum Private Limited. The field is within the Yasin Block (2768-7), in the north eastern part of the Sindh province.
The well is located in the Shikarpur District in Sindh and has a depth of 1500 m. The Haseeb-1 well has proven reserves of 217 BSCF, probable reserves of 230 BSCF and possible reserves of 261 BSCF.
